This coffee is grown in Colombia and processed using the natural method. It comes from the Caturra variety and is cultivated at an altitude of 1950 meters.

In this process, the whole coffee cherry is dried under the sun, enhancing sweetness and bringing out deeper fruity flavors.

This coffee features notes of red apple and fig, complemented by a dark chocolate finish.
