Ethiopia Harw Microlot 125 G

This coffee is grown in Ethiopia, in the highlands of Haro, and processed using the anaerobic method. It comes from the 74110–74112 varieties and is cultivated at an altitude of 2400 meters.

In anaerobic processing, the coffee cherries are fermented in a sealed, oxygen-free environment, which enhances sweetness and highlights a more complex, fruit-forward profile.

This coffee offers a rich fruity character with a full body, featuring notes of tropical fruits and plum,complemented by a soft floral touch.
